Terms of Service update (effective October 22, 2026)

The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee in Article 12 is removed. The withdrawal window becomes the 7 days set by Article 17(1) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce - that provision makes any longer contractual period the statutory one, so the previous wording extended the statutory window to 30 days. Article 16 adds exclusions for indirect, special, and consequential damages and lost profits; a statement that the service is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose; as-is treatment of beta features; and user indemnity for third-party claims arising from the user own breach. Article 6 now states the maintenance-announcement practice and the service-interruption notification threshold. Where an unannounced interruption runs for two consecutive hours or more, or the service is interrupted two or more times within 24 hours totalling three hours or more, Anexton informs users without delay of what occurred, its cause, the containment measures taken, the steps users can take, and the contact for the responsible team. Maintenance announced in advance is outside this threshold. Unchanged: withdrawal where the goods differ from advertising (Article 17(3): 3 months from delivery, 30 days from discovery), the 3-business-day refund deadline, liability for Anexton willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury, and statutory warranty liability. Because this is unfavorable to users, it is posted 30 days before it takes effect, as Article 4 of the Terms requires. If you do not agree, you may terminate before the effective date.

AI Notice

Anexton AI assistance may use generative AI or local AI. Answers, summaries, and drafts generated by AI are labeled as AI output, and users must review final decisions.

App Permissions

If a client app requests permissions such as camera, microphone, photos/files, notifications, or storage, Anexton discloses the purpose and whether each permission is required or optional. Refusing optional permissions does not block the basic service.

Marketing Communications

Marketing SMS and email are sent only to users who expressly opt in. Messages include advertising notice, sender information, and free opt-out instructions. Night-time marketing from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. is sent only with separate consent.

Location Data

Anexton does not collect precise personal location data such as GPS through the public website or Central service. For security, billing-region, and statistical purposes, IP may be resolved to an approximate region such as country code, but raw IP is not retained beyond that purpose.

Security and Breach Response

Passwords and tokens are not stored or logged in plaintext, and request, response, and error logs are masked or excluded where needed. If Anexton becomes aware of a personal-data breach, legally required notices and reports are handled within 72 hours.

Recurring Billing and Free Trials

Free trials do not convert to paid recurring billing, and recurring charges are not increased, unless separate consent is obtained within 30 days before the conversion or increase.

Enterprise Onsite Work

Hardware installation, onsite support, ongoing maintenance, and disk management are governed by separate quotations, statements of work, or contracts. Capacity expansion, spec changes, parts replacement, and data migration may require separate agreement.
